RCVC Overnight Camp Ages 13 and Up. 12/27/24

This is a jam packed camp.  You will be learning the pole vault in great detail from start to finish.  There will be video analysis of each jumper and each jumper will learn proper sprint mechanics, thus maximizing your potential in the approach and the jump itself.  We will also have some free time to go to the water park and/or a movie if we so decide.   You will need to bring your running shoes, spikes, toiletries, towels and proper vaulting clothes.  Food, drinks and snacks will be provided along with a bed.  Each vaulter will be responsible for bringin a sleeping back or twin bed sheets, blankets and a pillow.
